Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some polling places in Lucas County have been consolidated. There will be safety measures in place to protect the poll workers and voters.

When you come into the polling place there will be floor signs to show social distancing and hand sanitizer to use before and after voting. All hard surfaces will be sanitized throughout the day.

Voting booths will be sanitized after each voter use and the voting machine will also be sanitized throughout the day. Each voter will receive a new ink pen with their ballot to vote and take with them when they leave.

We ask that you are patient as it will take longer to vote due to the procedures. Below is a list of the Polling places for Election day. The Polls will open at 7 a.m. and close at 9 p.m. If you normally vote at Chariton City Hall, Chariton Community Center, L.C. Extension Office, or Pin Oak Marsh you will go to the Chariton Community Center for this election. Voters in Lucas, Russell and Williamson Precincts will go to their normal polling place as noted below.
