HyVibrations, LLC, a subgroup of Ridge Development and Commercial Edge from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, held a groundbreaking ceremony for the North Ridge Addition to Chariton on Monday morning, Oct. 25. It’s a new housing addition that will be built in Chariton.

The North Ridge Addition is located on Curtis Avenue and will be constructed in two phases. Phase One including multi-family apartments (a total of four buildings with 21 units each) and 16 single-family home lots. Phase Two will include 50 single family home lots.

“This is an exciting time for Chariton to bring in new housing opportunities for apartments and single-family homes. Housing is important in every community and the North Ridge Addition will bring new growth to the City of Chariton,” Chariton City Manager Laura Liegois said.
