At their meeting this past Wednesday morning, the Lucas County Board of Supervisors approved for Lucas County Sheriff’s Deputy Alec Reynolds to receive his first step wage increase of 25 cents per hour effective Feb. 13, 2019.
Reynolds will be compensated in the amount of $19.56 for hours worked from Feb. 13-22, 2019, from the last pay period. He is a Lucas County native and is the son of Dan and Toni Reynolds of Russell.
The supervisors also approved to set the public hearing to amend the Fiscal Year 2019 county budget on Wednesday, May 1, 2019, at 9:30 a.m. in the supervisor’s room on the second floor of the Lucas County Courthouse.
A second public hearing was also set for a road vacation public hearing regarding a road in section 10 of Cedar Township. This public hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 1, at 9:45 a.m. in the supervisors’ room at the courthouse.
Lucas County Assessor Tim McGee reported that he has sent out around 1,200 real estate assessments to Lucas County citizens. McGee talked about the changes to assessed values for 2019.
